Regime London is a brand of nutricosmetics designed to provide a deeper level of beauty care and help us get a radiant skin from the inside. I had a 30 day supply and each day I was taking two capsules in the morning and two more in the evening, always after eating otherwise I would start feeling a bit nauseous. Regime London advises that you can take up to eight capsules a day for optimum results, yet taking just four worked really well for me. They contain vitamin C and collagen peptides. Vitamin C is known for supporting collagen formation in the body, which contributes to the normal function of skin, teeth, bones, gums, cartilage and blood vessels whilst collagen peptides help fight agains signs of skin aging and help maintain skin elasticity. Peptides are from fish so this product is not suitable for vegetarians.
Supplements take time to work their magic and I would be lying if I said I saw incredible results from the first day. However, after about two weeks I have started to see some changes, especially in my skin. Last year I struggled a lot with my skin from hormonal acne and even though my spots are mostly gone now, I still have an uneven skin tone that looks very dull. With the help of these capsules, I have noticed that my face was starting to look a bit brighter, smoother and plump but I can't say much about how they help with signs of aging because I'm only 20 and I'm not fighting with wrinkles or anything (yet).
Overall, I am glad I tried these supplements from Regime London and I would definitely recommend them especially to anyone who is looking to boost their skin's elasticity and wants to fight signs of aging. You can get your Deluxe Collagen 30 day supply for £21.99 here. Along with a good skincare routine, these beauty capsules can do wonders!
What are your thoughts on taking supplements for your skin? Have you tried any Regime London products?

Not something I'd try myself as I'm terrible for taking tablets or supplements as I forget to take them and don't like swallowing them :/
